Long Term Futures are working with a welcoming and high-achieving mainstream primary school near Sutton Coldfield, who are looking for a dedicated Intervention Teaching Assistant to deliver SATs boosters and small group interventions in Key Stage 2, with a strong focus on Year 6.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong curriculum knowledge who enjoys helping pupils prepare for exams in a calm, focused environment.

Your Role:

  • Deliver tailored SATs booster sessions in reading, writing, and maths
  • Support small groups and individual pupils with targeted interventions
  • Track pupil progress and adapt support as needed
  • Collaborate with the Year 6 teaching team to align with classroom learning
  • Build confidence and motivation in pupils ahead of SATs

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and SATs preparation
  • Previous experience supporting pupils in upper Key Stage 2
  • Confident in delivering group interventions and tracking progress
  • Clear communicator, proactive, and positive attitude
