- Aspire People is seeking an experienced Early Years, SEND teaching assistant to work full-time with a Year 3 child who has Speech and Language Difficulties, starting ASAP until February 2025.
- Candidates must have a Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification and at least 6 months of experience in a primary school setting, particularly with children who have additional needs.
- The role requires knowledge of SEND and behaviour management techniques due to the child's challenging behaviour.
- Aspire People offers a £100 joining bonus after 10 days of work, holiday pay, and additional support including CV guidance and safeguarding training.
- Candidates must have an updated and clean DBS on the update service and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
This role starts ASAP-February 2025, and is full-time.
Requirements for our Teaching Assistant Roles:
*Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification (or an equivalent for ratio purposes)
*Experience with children who have additional needs
*Experience within a Primary School (preferably 6+ months)
*Updated and clean DBS on the update service.
*The ability to inspire children.
*To work as part of a team
