Maintenance Engineer
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Salary: £36,000 to £48,000 + Pension + Overtime Double Days Based Role - Monday to Friday

My client is an extremely well established manufacturing group in Sutton Coldfield, they have been in the market for over 175 years and have an excellent reputation, they are currently looking to expand their engineering function with the addition of another engineer with electrical & mechanical experience.

- Understanding of PPM Systems
The Role
You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, as well as exposure to automated and heavy engineering machinery. Mechanical and electrical skills are a requirement in cases where some of the machinery is at the older end, due its specialist nature and may need to be replaced etc. PLC skills are advantageous but not a prerequisite, as there are end of line packaging lines, together with presses and associated machinery There is training on offer so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
