PageGroup are delighted to support a leading organisation based in Sutton Coldfield with the appointment of an Employee Relations Advisor to join a busy team.
This role can offer hybrid working of circa 3 days office and 2 home per week.
Description
Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, the role of Employee Relations Advisor will manage a portfolio of high volume employee relations matters for this large organisation, this will include low level to complex matters.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Manage your own caseload of ER matters from low level to complex situations
- Support the production of data, MI and review trends to assist the business with decision making
- Support the organisation by upskilling and coaching managers to deal with people matters and ER cases more effectively
Profile
Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background within a high-volume employee relations role.
