As Interim Financial Reporting Manager you will lead the monthly, quarterly and annual close processes. You will gain insight into the business through your detailed understanding of the income statement, balance sheet and cashflow statement.

Description
- Responsibility month-end close process, ensuring accounts are reconciled, reviewed and comply with SOX requirements.
- Co-ordinate inputs from the record to report team and other sub-teams in GBS finance and market finance teams.
- Ensure excellence in day to day financial operations including the monthly sales close process, monthly journal entry, intercompany submission, company owned restaurant accounting, sales, bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Oversee monthly submissions to our US parent (sales, trial balance, income statement) and quarterly balance sheet and cashflow submissions, ensuring compliance with Global accounting policies and deadlines.
- The Interim Financial Reporting Manager will work closely with the Senior Accountant and Financial Operations and Reporting Manager to ensure efficient internal and external audit processes.
Profile
A successful Interim Financial Reporting Manager should have:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, operational excellence, and financial management practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyse complex financial data to drive informed decisions.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives effectively.
