Key responsibilities of the Senior Finance Business Partner:- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Deliver detailed financial analysis to inform business decisions and improve profitability.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, providing insights to enhance financial performance.
- Manage and develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior finance team members, fostering professional growth.
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems and processes.
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA professional.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
