Birmingham - Hybrid.Trinity House Group is delighted to partner an expanding education organisation in Birmingham to recruit a Senior Finance Manager (Management Accounts). This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified, senior leader to join a dynamic education organisation, leading monthly management reporting and driving impactful change as the organisation undergoes transformation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of management and assistant-level staff members.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of actual spend against budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans across all schools within the Trust.
  • Manage the monthly control and reporting of all school-related costs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Heads, Strategic Leads, and Finance Managers to ensure alignment between management accounts and financial accounts.
  • Develop and manage financial improvement plans for the organisation.
  • Create and report on both standard and trust-specific KPIs.
  • Deliver monthly management accounts within a strict timetable, with a focus on improving the speed of reporting.
  • Oversee the delivery of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
  • Ensure data integrity in collaboration with the SLT.
