- Lead a team of management and assistant-level staff members.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of actual spend against budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans across all schools within the Trust.
- Manage the monthly control and reporting of all school-related costs.
- Build and maintain relationships with Heads, Strategic Leads, and Finance Managers to ensure alignment between management accounts and financial accounts.
- Develop and manage financial improvement plans for the organisation.
- Create and report on both standard and trust-specific KPIs.
- Deliver monthly management accounts within a strict timetable, with a focus on improving the speed of reporting.
- Oversee the delivery of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Ensure data integrity in collaboration with the SLT.
