This is a well-established independent financial advisory practice providing expert financial planning services. The firm is directly authorised, with a strong presence in the area. They have been in operation for over 25 years and looking for additional support within the team.
The Role
As an IFA Administrator, you will provide administrative and client support to financial advisers, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing client files for annual reviews.
- Processing new business applications and policy updates.
- Handling client queries and liaising with providers.
- Assisting advisers with meeting preparation and documentation.
- Coordinating withdrawals, fund switches, and top-ups.
- Managing Letter of Authority process
- Supporting compliance and maintaining accurate records.
