Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Sutton Coldfield based client to recruit for a Dispatch Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties of the Dispatch Administration role include but are not limited to:

Arrange collections and deliveries
Plan routes for drivers
Liaise with customers and resolve complaints
Generate PODs
Generate labels and delivery notes
Compile reports
Allocate stock for dispatch

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous Dispatch Administration experience
Be used to working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
