IFA Administrator

£24,000 - £26,000

Sutton Coldfield

NJR are currently working with an Independent Financial Adviser firm based in Sutton Coldfield who is currently looking for an IFA Administrator to join their team. The purpose of the IFA Administrator is to work as part of the team to ensure clients receive the best service possible.They will be providing support to the business with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and super administration support to the Advisers.

Key responsiblities of the IFA Administrator:

  • To be the first point of contact for all external telephone enquiries
  • To Monitor and response to emails
  • To be responsible for opening all incoming post including scanning and distributing where necessary
  • To support the client relationships team with general correspondence and comunnication to internal and external contacts
  • To upload correspondence to back office system
  • Provide general administrative support
  • To work collaborative with the wider business and support the work of advisers and support staff

Skills required

  • Previous experience offering Admin support to a team of Financial Planners
  • Knowledge of Pension & Investment Products
  • Use of Provider Platforms & a Back Office System
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage their own workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Problem solving
  • Read, write and communication using English languages sufficient to perform job functions
  • Proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel
