  • Support new product introduction (NPI) projects, assisting with the launch of automotive products and ensuring high-quality standards for luxury car brands.
  • Conduct technical investigations, using root cause analysis and problem-solving tools to resolve dimensional, fit, and function issues in sub-components and assemblies.
  • Assist with pre-production build activities, including part assembly, quality inspection, and shipment preparation for customers.
  • Develop project management and engineering skills, working with senior managers to learn NPI systems and processes from concept to customer sign-off.
  • Attend project reviews and customer meetings, creating presentations and reports to communicate progress, issues, and solutions effectively.
Trainee Launch EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Degree, HNC or HND in relevant Engineering discipline preferred but not essential (industry experience will also be considered).
  • Demonstration of an aptitude for data driven problem solving with complex engineering products.
  • Strong personality with ability to build working relationships both internally and with customers to drive and deliver results.
  • Experience within the Automotive sector is desirable but not essential
  • Full UK driving license with a flexible approach to travel
