Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Sutton Coldfield based client to recruit for a Dispatch Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the Dispatch Administration role include but are not limited to:
- Arrange collections and deliveries
- Plan routes for drivers
- Liaise with customers and resolve complaints
- Generate PODs
- Generate labels and delivery notes
- Compile reports
- Allocate stock for dispatch
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous Dispatch Administration experience
- Be used to working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
