Our client in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a full-time, permanent HR Advisor to join their team.
The role involves managing cases and investigations, leading meetings, onboarding new starters, and handling employee absences.
Candidates should have previous HR Advisory experience and possess strong problem-solving skills.
The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, and while CIPD qualification is preferred, it is not mandatory.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should ideally have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Main duties of the HR Advisor role include:

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous HR Advisory experience
Need to be productive, able to work well on own initiative, and have good problem-solving skills
Ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards, however this is not essential
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday and is fully office based.
