Our client based in Sutton Coldfield are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the HR Advisor role include:
- Manage cases and investigation from start to finish
- Lead meetings and investigations including disciplinaries and grievances
- Complete new starter onboarding and paperwork
- Manage employee sickness and absences
- Liaise with Accounts and Payroll
- General HR admin duties as required
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous HR Advisory experience
- Need to be productive, able to work well on own initiative, and have good problem-solving skills
- Ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards, however this is not essential
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday and is fully office based.
