Commercial Property Solicitor (Hybrid)

The Role:

My client is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join its dynamic team at either its Sutton Coldfield, Walsall or Lichfield offices.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial property matters while benefiting from a positive and collaborative working environment.

Duties:

  • Handling the sale and purchase of commercial property
  • Managing the sale of business assets
  • Advising on the sale of property at auction
  • Acting on secured lending matters, including mortgages and remortgages
  • Dealing with Landlord and Tenant transactions, including:
    • Leases and lease renewals
    • Licences to assign, sublet  or alter applications
    • Lease surrenders
    • Managing pension scheme transactions, including in specie transfers
    • Preparing and managing Land Registry applications, including first registrations and adverse possession claims
    • Handling Section 25 notices and related matters
    • Acting on behalf of management companies

You:

  • Are a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Commercial Property law
  • Can demonstrate strong technical knowledge and have a proven track record in managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
  • Have excellent client care skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Are a proactive and team-oriented approach
