Family Solicitor | Sutton Coldfield | Hybrid Working | Full Time | £55,000 - £60,000 depending on PQE

Are you the right person for the job?
To thrive in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in family law
- Have advocacy experience and a client-focused approach.
- Be ambitious, proactive, and eager to contribute to the firm's growth
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Be skilled in networking and marketing to expand the department's reach
What will your role look like?
You will take on a varied caseload of private client matters. This is a full-time hybrid role, where you will manage cases such as:
- Divorce and financial settlements involving substantial wealth (e.g., properties, pensions)
- Cohabitation disputes and agreements
- Prenuptial agreements
- Children matters
- TOLATA claims
You'll have the opportunity to grow the department, generate new business, and provide first-class service with strong administrative and secretarial support.
