Up to 52,000 per annum
We are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to take ownership of a large manufacturing/distributioncentre environment. This role will suit a Facilities Manager with a background in TFM, with a strong understanding of M&E Building Services delivery. You'll be a strong communicator, with the ability to manage different stakeholders. On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of 52,000 per annum plus package.
Your main duties will include:
- Responsible for managing own budget and profit and loss report (circa 1 million per year)
- Ensuring contractualKPI's and SLA's are achieved
- Management of directly employed team including engineering and maintenance staff, engineering supervisor, cleaning supervisor and operatives
- Management of outsourced security contractor
- Point of contact for all M&E and HVAC maintenance on site
- Monthly meetings and presentations to the customer using excel, powerpoint etc
On offer is a permanent position paying a salary of 52,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus stats, and pension.
