Bell Cornwall Recruitment are currently searching for a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to generate and deliver engaging content across multiple social and digital channels for our hospitality client based in Sutton Coldfield.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness, engagement and sales

• Responsible for managing, creating and scheduling all content on social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn
• Manage the content calendar to ensure a regular presence across all channels is tied in with wider activity including email marketing, website updates and digital campaigns
• Manage the photography and videography requirements to ensure the visual identity is maintained across socials, website and emails
• Liaising with other departments to create an engaging social media calendar .

The ideal applicant will have :

• 2 to 3 years experience of social media marketing (ideally in the hospitality industry)
• Demonstrable experience of creating and editing video and photography
• Be a good storyteller with a creative eye
• Ability to interpret brand visual tone and style
• Excellent project management, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines whilst producing high-quality work
• Capacity for innovative and creative thinking
• Experience with Indesign or other similar software to create engaging assets
• Team player with the ability to work under own initiative
