About the Role:Our client, a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, is seeking a qualified HVAC Engineer with F-Gas certification to join their team. This is a static role based at a single site, offering a stable working environment where you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out installation, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC systems in line with industry standards.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including F-Gas legislation.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption.

  • Perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on HVAC systems.

  • Maintain accurate records of work undertaken and ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.

  • Optional participation in call-out rota to provide emergency support outside of standard working hours.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • F-Gas certification (essential).

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer within a facilities maintenance environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.

  • Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.

  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
