About the Role:Our client, a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, is seeking a qualified HVAC Engineer with F-Gas certification to join their team. This is a static role based at a single site, offering a stable working environment where you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out installation, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC systems in line with industry standards.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including F-Gas legislation.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption.

Perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on HVAC systems.

Maintain accurate records of work undertaken and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.

Optional participation in call-out rota to provide emergency support outside of standard working hours.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:

F-Gas certification (essential).

Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer within a facilities maintenance environment.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.

Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.

Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
