- To help develop quality checking plans and processes.
- To communicate quality performance to both internal and external stakeholders.
- To help and manage corrective action and continuous improvement plans.
- Perform routine inspections of products/services to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and document any defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities in products/services.
- Collaborate with production/manufacturing teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct quality audits and evaluations to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and protocols.
- Provide training and support to staff members on quality control processes and best practices.
- Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills with strong numeracy skills.
- Familiarity with quality control techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other office applications.
