Description

  • Ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment and assembly lines within a production area.
  • Assist management allocating, coordinating and overseeing shift plans are followed and production KPI's are on track
  • Lead and manage the engineering and manufacturing team
  • Implement safety and quality control measures
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the team
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies

Profile

A successful Team Leader should have:

Job Offer

  • Working hours - 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
