Seeking an experienced, self-motivated Conveyancer to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential property matters, from initial instruction through to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer who thrives in a client-focused environment and is looking to work in a supportive, forward-thinking firm.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions.
  • Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial enquiry to completion.
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, transfer deeds, and property forms.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction progress.
  • Conducting property searches, reviewing titles, and advising clients on issues arising.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and relevant regulations.
  • Managing own workload efficiently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of client care.
  • Providing regular updates to clients on progress and handling any queries or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience as a Conveyancer, with a proven track record of managing your own caseload of residential property transactions.
  • Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process, including current legislation and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being a team player within the firm.
  • Relevant legal qualifications (e.g., Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX) are preferred.
  • A client-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
