A great opportunity for a Sales Negotiator has arisen for an independent agency in North Birmingham who places strong beliefs & principles in putting their customers first and giving their employees the right skills and training to fully commit to their beliefs.

You will need to be motivated and display a natural aptitude for sales to assist in strengthening and growing the overall business with other team members. Although previous experience in property is preferred, if you have a proven successful career in a customer facing sales role, please do not hesitate to apply.

Main tasks of the role, but not exhausted to include:

  • Servicing & maintaining the applicant database
  • Generating & carrying out viewings
  • Servicing local home owners and generating property valuations
  • Team Communication of business opportunities
  • Property Feedback & Advice
  • Sales Negotiations
  • Sales Progressing
  • Promotion of the business inside & outside of the office

You will also need to have a full driving licence and your own road worthy car. There will be Saturday working on a rota with a day off in lieu.

Dependant on experience the basic salary is in the region of £22k with an OTE of £35k that is uncapped.
