We are seeking a dynamic and experienced lettings candidate to join our clients team in an affluent area of North Birmingham. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and assisting with the property portfolio, bringing in new landlords and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings department, including property viewings, tenant vetting and lease agreements.
  • Continue to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations governing the lettings industry.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about rental trends and competitor activity to support and advise potential new and existing landlords.
  • Provide guidance and support to the lettings team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to properties and tenancies.

With already proven experience in a similar role within the lettings industry, you should be looking to continue to grow a proven track record of success. Ideally you will have In-depth knowledge of the property market in the area and surrounding environs and have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organisational skills, great attention to detail and a proactive and focused approach to problem-solving.Please note that a valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle is required for work appointments.To apply for the positions, please submit your CV to Chris Oliver at AMR.
