Residential Conveyancer

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a long standling national law firm, who are looking for experienced Residential Conveyancers to join their successful proeprty team. This role has been created due to growth and expansion, allowing you to become a key member of a fresh team in an evolving, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:As a Residential Conveyancer, you’ll manage a varied caseload of residential matters, including Transfer of Equity (TOE), shared ownership leases, and other mixed transactions. Working closely with one large, well-regarded estate agent in the local area, you’ll manage a steady flow of high-quality work and build meaningful relationships with the community.

In this role, you’ll have support from two dedicated assistants and work closely with the Head of Department, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional client service with confidence.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong background in managing diverse residential cases.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a new team and contribute to the department’s success.
• Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with local estate agents.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to managing your caseload effectively.
