  • Management up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
  • Understanding and upselling of services including ancillary and peripheral products.
  • Managing Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality and trade discount earnings.
  • Weekly Arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims and management.
  • Inspection reports for your portfolio including management of quality of content.
