As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing and placing candidates in various sectors, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results. This role is office-based, with the opportunity to earn excellent commission based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Manage a high volume of roles and vacancies across various industries
- Provide expert recruitment advice to clients and candidates
- Negotiate salaries, terms, and conditions on behalf of candidates and clients
- Achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to business development
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A team player with a passion for delivering results
- Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
- A positive attitude and a desire to progress within the recruitment industry
