The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the company.
- Develop and maintain strong client and business relationships
- Advise on and sell effective candidate attraction solutions
- Assess and respond to client needs for each assignment
- Source and brief candidates on client opportunities
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer
- Negotiate salary and complete employment offers between candidate and client
- Provide CV, interview, and career advice
- Network and complete Business Development in high volume
