Salary: £20,800 + £24,000 Plus Uncapped Commission

As a result we are recruiting a trainee/graduate recruitment consultant to grow our sales and join our exclusive start up recruitment business.

About the role:

You will be a part of the highest performing sales team in the business who live and breathe the job. Thrown into cold calling, sourcing and qualifying potential candidates on a daily basis.

Resourcing and reporting to the business directors being their eyes and ears in the market place. Working with our consultants and management to ensure revenue and growth targets are not only met but exceeded.

About you:

You will be a self-starter, natural overachiever, with the determination to succeed and win no matter the cost.

We are looking for someone with the hunger and ambition to put in the hard work and see the results.

You must be resilient not afraid of rejection and understand that success in our field takes time. Having a strong work ethic and a flair for entrepreneurship needs to be in your nature.
