Are you a Drama Teacher seeking a new, exciting opportunity? Empowering learning working with a "good" rated Secondary School in Sutton Coldfield who are looking for a Drama Teacher to start in September on a Full-time basis.

This position is full time and will be teaching Drama up to GCSE. Knowledge on the drama GCSE Curriculum is essential & a proven track record of delivering high quality Drama GCSE results.

Paying up to £240 per day

£150 welcome bonus

The successful candidate will hold QTS and must have UK Secondary school experience.

Duties of a Drama Teacher:

  • Teaching & Delivering Drama GCSE Curriculum
  • Sole focus on delivering high quality lessons each day.
  • Sit in on SLT Team Meetings, having a say on Key Decisions within the School
  • Managing Behaviour - Building Relationships with staff, students & parents
  • A person who is passionate, enthusiastic, and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject.
  • Be able to work well as part of a close-knit team as well as think on your feet.

  • Strong Drama subject knowledge up to GCSE
  • Good behaviour management skills and be confident following school behaviour policies.
  • A substantial school reference.
  • Strong Drama subject knowledge up to GCSE
  • Previous experience working within a Drama Secondary School Department
