Unqualified Secondary Teaching Assistant Role:
As a Unqualified Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the needs of students with learning difficulties or disabilities. You will work alongside teachers and other support staff to provide individualised support to help students achieve their full potential. Your duties will include:
- Working with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
- Supporting students with disabilities to access the curriculum
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of all students
- Monitoring students' progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents
- Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students as required
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as record keeping and preparing resources.
- £105 - £110 per day

Unqualified Secondary Teaching Assistant - The Candidate:
- Have a 2:1 or 1:1 from a reputable university
- The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working with students with learning difficulties
- Be committed to providing high-quality education and support to students and will be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Be organised, reliable, and flexible, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
The role starts ASAP and we are looking for someone to commit full-time and long-term.
