About the Role:Howard Finley Care is seeking committed and compassionate Support Workers to join our client's specialist Learning Disabilities service in Sutton Coldfield. In this role, you will be providing vital support to young adults with autism and other learning disabilities, including those who present challenging behaviours, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:* Deliver person-centred care to young adults with learning disabilities and autism.* Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.* Support service users in accessing community resources and participating in social and recreational activities.* Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.* Monitor and report on the progress and well-being of the individuals you support.

Requirements:* Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with individuals with learning disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum.* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or currently working towards it).* Skills: Strong communication, patience, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their potential.* Flexibility: Willingness to work on a 3 on / 3 off shift pattern, including both day and night shifts.
