What You'll Do:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and empathetic approach.
  • Flexibility to work a 3 on / 3 off shift pattern, with 8am-8pm day shifts or 8pm-8am night shifts.
  • Previous experience in care or support roles is an advantage but not essential - full training provided.
