Purchasing Administrator
Location: Minworth, Sutton Coldfield B76
Hours of Work: 8:30am 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Benefits: £28,000pa paid monthly + 33 days annual holiday entitlement + pension contributions
Contract Type: Permanent contract

What Were Looking For: experience essential!!
- Proven experience in administration or purchasing / buying roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confident telephone etiquette.
Your Responsibilities:
- Buying Team support Provide support to the procurement team on a daily basis.
- Build and manage internal and external customer relationships in support of the department.
- Raise purchase orders as directed by the buyers when required.
- Review of forecasted purchase plans with nominated suppliers
- Manage purchase order acknowledgement and confirmation process.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the business for all materials purchasing.
- Produce and review supplier purchase order status reports
