What Were Looking For: experience essential!!

  • Proven experience in administration or purchasing / buying roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confident telephone etiquette.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Buying Team support Provide support to the procurement team on a daily basis.
  • Build and manage internal and external customer relationships in support of the department.
  • Raise purchase orders as directed by the buyers when required.
  • Review of forecasted purchase plans with nominated suppliers
  • Manage purchase order acknowledgement and confirmation process.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to the business for all materials purchasing.
  • Produce and review supplier purchase order status reports
