Office Administrator

We are supporting a Global distribution company with the recruitment of an office administrator who will provide support to a General Manager. The role is varied and need someone who is self-motivated and works to a high standard with attention to detail.

Some of the duties of the office administrator

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the office team, including document management, managing office supplies, supporting internal communication, organizing events (internal fun raising). Assist with scheduling meetings, greet visitors, and manage the post and supporting HR functions (e.g. coordinating training sessions).

Travel Management

  • Oversee the full process of flight and international hotel bookings, ensuring all arrangements are authorised and meet the company’s travel policies.

Health & Safety Compliance

  • Provide admin support - maintaining records and assisting with Health & Safety audits

Office Maintenance

  • Oversee general office upkeep, liaising with external service providers for cleaning, equipment maintenance, and IT support.

Site Services Management

  • Manage and coordinate all site services, including vending, hygiene, cleaning, and ground maintenance. Source and purchase relevant products and services as needed.

Skills/previous experience for Office Administrator

  • Must have worked in an office environment in the past
  • Advanced excel and word skills
  • A flexible manner and be able to multi task
