Sellick Partnership is partnering with a Development Management client to find a Contracts Manager who will manage a range of exciting East Midlands based projects for the next 12-18 months, where you will manage them on a hybrid basis.

£350-425 Day Rate

Your Projects role will include the following duties:
- Acting in a client facing manner, updating clients and key decision makers
- Project managing the on site delivery of numerous local projects/contracts
- Ensuring works are completed on site in line with deadlines
- Working towards project SLAs
- Dealing with feasabilty through to construction stage
- Processing variations and payments
Essential criteria of the Contracts Management role is:
- Driving licence with business use
- Able to visit the office and sites 2-3 times a week
- Educated to HND level in a relevant specialism
- (Desirable) Degree in Built Environment/Chartered Surveyor status
