A client is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for a temporary 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
The role involves office-based call handling as part of a 13-member team, addressing queries related to switchboard calls, waste management, and processing payments for spring clean and garden waste services.
Successful candidates will receive 1-2-1 training from an experienced team member and will work in a supportive paired environment during their learning phase.
System training will also be provided to enable staff to raise jobs and process payments efficiently.

One of my clients is looking for a Customer Service Assistant on a temporary basis. This is a 3 months contract with possible further extension.

ROLE:

Office based call taking, part of a team of 13. Responding to queries around switch board calls, waste and environment and taking spring clean and garden waste payments. 1-2-1 training will be given by an experienced team member and a paired working environment in the office will be arranged for support while learning. System training will be given so that jobs can be raised and payments can be taken.
