This is a varied and interesting position in a growth area of the electrical energy market.• 95% day job - rarely overnight and or weekend - travelable within the day• Van provided• Attend office on average every fortnight• Normally load for the whole week and then door to door based on client requirements• Level 3 NVQ ESSENTIAL - need to be qualified Electrical - capable of isolating panels• Specialist niche market - fault finding of Power Factor Correction Capacitors• Service and maintenance• Opportunities to reach Technician level and develop / progress.CORE SKILLS AND DUTIES• Carry out servicing of Power Factor Correction LV panels and recording test and servicing results• Completing site service documentation.• Carry out servicing of other Power Quality equipment recording test and servicing results• Ensure your engineering competencies are kept up to date.• Carry out repairs to LV Power Factor Equipment.SKILLS• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confident learning and using other PC based apps.• A knowledge of LV panels and competency in using test & measuring equipment• Occasional working outside normal working hours will be required as well as staying away overnight (rare)Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
