Join my clients dynamic team at a leading Facilities Management company, on a large static site.
- 35,000 + overtime
- Static, large critical site in Sutton in Ashfield
- Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Electrical - Lighting
- PPm's
- Reactive maintenance
- Control panel
- Power distribution
- Generators
- Emergency lighting
- Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- BMS System
- UPS Systems
- Plant Rooms
Requirements:
- NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
- 18th edition
- Experience in building maintenance
