A Nottinghamshire based manufacturing company are looking to recruit an Engineering Administrator to join the team at their production facility based in Sutton In Ashfield.

As the Engineering Administrator you will work alongside the engineering team and have responsibility for ensuring maintenance schedules are issued and followed, and that relevant KPI`s are recorded accurately. You will also support the Stores so stock levels of spare parts and materials are maintained.

A good level of ability with computers, and analysing data is required as you will be responsible for providing admin support to the engineering and production teams by producing reports on the engineering systems.

  • Monday to Friday - 8am to 4.00pm
  • Salary of c£25-£30k

Key responsibilities of Engineering Administrator:

  • Assist the Engineering team and be the main point of contact for engineering admin
  • Ensure clear and accurate maintenance schedules
  • Maintain relevant KPI documentation
  • Be the primary person for department in relation to CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) and date entry
  • Ensure all work orders and equipment failures are logged accurately and timely
  • Support Stores to ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Attend meetings when required

Experience and skills required of Engineering Administrator:

  • Ideally have manufacturing experience
  • CMMS and PPM systems knowledge would be highly desirable], but not essential
  • Experience of working in an Admin role for approx. 1 year or more
  • Strong experience / use of IT hardware and software (Outlook, Word, Excel etc)
