White Label is excited to be recruiting for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive on behalf of a well-established engineering business. The company specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke steelwork solutions. With a growing order book and a commitment to innovation, they serve a range of sectors, including highly regulated industries such as nuclear.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and highly motivated individual to join a successful and growing team. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Senior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Package details:
- A competitive base salary of £45,000 - £50,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Executive:
- Identify new customers and market opportunities that align with the company’s five-year strategic goals.
- Generate targeted enquiries in key market sectors, focusing on growth areas.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Provide regular feedback to Directors regarding company performance and market visibility.
- Review and advise on proposed client specifications to ensure feasibility and alignment with company capabilities.
- Attend client pre-tender meetings and initial site visits to establish project requirements.
- Assist in preparing handover documentation for the Commercial and Project Teams.
About You
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven sales experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector, with knowledge of steelwork highly desirable
- Strong understanding of MOD or nuclear industries is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, engineers, and suppliers.
- Advanced IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel to site locations as required.
- Willingness to attend networking events and occasional overnight stays.
