This role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons to KS4/KS5 students, helping them develop key skills and a deep understanding of Business Studies while inspiring a passion for the subject.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and teach high-quality lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Track Progress: Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining detailed records.
- Classroom Management: Foster a positive and productive classroom environment by adhering to the school’s behaviour policies.
- School Engagement: Participate in wider school responsibilities, including parent evenings and school events.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: QTS or equivalent qualification; a background in Business Studies is essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in teaching Business Studies is desirable, but strong ECTs will be considered.
- Skills: Excellent communication, classroom management, and a commitment to inclusive education.
- Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and two satisfactory references.
