We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to provide support within a highly successful engineering firm. The company offers excellent benefits and opportunities to progress for the right candidate.

The Role of engineering administrator will involve:

• Providing administration support to the engineering department
• Placing orders onto the in-house system
• Setting up and updating contract files with works information
• Typing documents and meeting notes, maintaining information on MS Word and Excel
• Liaising with, answering queries and providing updates to internal departments.
• Ensuring all financial information is correct and ready for invoicing
• Attending meetings and assisting the engineering manager as required

The ideal candidate for the role of engineering administrator will have

• Good office-based administration experience
• Experience of working within an engineering / technical environment.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
• Experienced in MS Office including word and Excel
