You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to external sales teams and customer markets. You will be keen to meet and exceed customer expectations.

The hours of the role are 37.5 per week (7.30am-4.15pm Monday-Thursday and 7.30am-12.00pm Friday).

Description of the role:

  • Logging and processing of customer enquiries.
  • Preparing customer quotations.
  • Liaising with departments to ensure price and lead time information is correct.
  • Entering customer information onto the SAP system.
  • Liaising with departments on order status and feeding back to customers.
  • Ensuring all information is in line with company policies.

About you:

  • Sales Administration/Coordinator background.
  • Microsoft Office experience specifically Excel and Word.
  • Experience of working with SAP Systems.
  • Able to gain knowledge of technical products and specifications.
  • Able to communicate on a range of levels.
