An SME with 80 staff, you will be responsible for looking after 6 team leaders and 60 production staff.

What will you do as a Production Supervisor?

Plan and implement schedules, reporting deviations to management
Promptly address production issues, ensuring KPI targets are met
Develop SOPs, ensuring adherence and driving continuous improvement
Conduct daily team briefings and implement training programs
Support Team Leaders with associate training and ensure accurate shift handovers
Manage operational budgets and overtime

What do you need as a Production Supervisor?

A hands on, enthusiastic approach to managing people
Must have worked with Manufacturing
Ideal experience in small batch work precision engineering or fabrication
Knowledge H&S regulations
Knowledge of compliance and Health & Safety legislation
