Young Person’s Support Worker Required

Location:                     Nottinghamshire 

Duration:                     Temp to Perm

Hours:                          37.5

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting young people sustaining tenancy
• Referring service users to relevant services
• Offering move on skills to tenants
• Liaising with external agencies and professionals including social workers and housing providers
• Assisting young people become more integrated into the community
• Preparing young people to live independently by assisting with cooking, cleaning and budgeting

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience is a relevant role
• Enhanced DBS
