The Boneham Group is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our senior team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the smooth running of our entire supply chain, from supplier relations to inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient systems for tracking and communication throughout the supply chain.
• Reduce lead times and improve overall efficiency, adding value to the Boneham Group's offering.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key global suppliers, ensuring alignment with our AS9100 quality standards.
• Manage inventory control and demand planning using proven methods.
• Implement a robust demand management process.
• Continuously work to reduce costs while maintaining margins.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee clear communication and information flow from suppliers, including pricing and updates.
• Partner with sales and marketing on new product development.
• Gain a deep understanding of competitor offerings and develop strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

With over 100 years’ experience in the manufacture and supply of Jig Bushes, Drill Bushes, Dowel Pins, Jig & Fixture Parts, Press Tool Components, Shims, Koenig Sealing Plugs, Engineered Pins, Clevis Pins and special components to customer specific drawings.
