As a Science Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEMH challenges.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes both academic and personal growth.
- Develop and implement lesson plans in alignment with the national curriculum while accommodating individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and support staff to ensure holistic support for students.
- Actively contribute to the school’s ethos of care, understanding, and resilience.
- A strong background in teaching Science, with experience in an SEMH setting preferred.
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting students with additional needs.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
