Position: Surveyor - Social Housing - Repairs and Voids
Location: South West London
Contract:Permanent
About the Role
Responsible for reactive repairs and voids across the patch, you will be working closely with operatives, the admin team and senior management to ensure that works are properly assessed, delivered on time, and to an excellent standard.
Duties include:
Inspecting properties to assess requirements - occupied and voids
Specifying and coding jobs using NHF codes
Post inspections
Providing technical adviceto the operatives and admin team
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience surveyingwithin a social housing repairs and maintenance environment and asound understanding of coding using NHF codes.
Excellent organisation skills and a good understanding of Health and Safety.
IT literacy and excellent communication skills.
Full driving licence as company vehicle will be provided.
